These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sanctuary of the Senses website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout.

3. Payment

We accept payment via credit/debit card, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Flat rate $10.00 shipping Australia-wide. Free shipping on orders over $80.00. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Opened skincare and body products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Sanctuary of the Senses and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanctuary of the Senses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
